1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the Agamudayar Super App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility and Community Standards

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register for matrimonial services or to list commercial businesses.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You agree to treat all community members, business owners, and matrimonial seekers with utmost dignity and respect.

4. Merchant Directory & Business Listings (வணிக வழிகாட்டி)

• Business owners are solely responsible for the authenticity of their prices, goods, licenses, and services.
• Direct commercial transactions conducted between users and merchants via phone or WhatsApp are independent contracts. Agamudayar Super App is not a party to external trade disputes.
• Fraudulent business listings, misrepresentation, or selling prohibited items will result in immediate permanent listing termination and reporting to authorities.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not under any circumstances:

• Upload, post, or share defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or communally instigating material.
• Impersonate any person, historical personality, government official, or business entity.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or harvest data from the app using automated bots or scripts without explicit authorization.
• Engage in harassment, extortion, cyberbullying, or unsolicited commercial mass spamming.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app icons, UI designs, and curated content in the Agamudayar Super App are the exclusive intellectual property of Agamudayar Otrumai. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found violating community guidelines, engaging in matrimonial fraud, or abusing platform features without prior notice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
